Re/Max Professionals in St Julian’s has expanded its operations with a property sales office adjacent to the original office located in Spinola Bay.

Anna Busuttil, a 20-year veteran in real estate, will be running the operations of the sales department. Ms Busuttil has had a successful career, having worked for a leading real estate company prior to joining Re/Max at the beginning of the year.

Re/Max managing director Kevin Buttigieg, said Ms Busuttil’s wealth of experience and leadership in this business was a great asset to the company. The new office will house six new sales associates, while the original office will continue to house 10 letting associates managed by Edward Agius.

The new sales team will specialise in all types of properties. Ms Busuttil said new associates were still being recruited to add to the team. “We plan to have a variety of associates dealing with first-time buyers to local and foreign investors looking for luxury properties.”

Re/Max Malta will also be providing a full property management service from its regional offices located at the same premises. These services extend from condominium services and property management for foreigners who live abroad to office management services and turnkey services.

The company also plans to open another office by the end of March and a further two offices by the end of the year. Mr Buttigieg said, “We are on course to reaching our growth target. We are presently refurbishing our new regional office in St Julian’s and will be opening three new offices by the end of the year.”
