The QuickLets and Zanzi Homes branch, previously within Le Meridien hotel, has relocated to Sliema, in the area known as Il-Pjazzetta. The relocation was required following the announcement by the hotel that it would be temporarily closing down while undergoing renovation.

Franchise owner and branch manager Mark Camilleri said: “After three years operating from the office in Le Meridien, we initially felt like we were leaving behind a part of our history. However, we looked at this situation from a different perspective and took it as an opportunity to seek out a larger office which comes with new perks for our letting and sales specialists, including sea views.”

Operating from the QuickLets and Zanzi Homes Pjazzetta branch are more than 20 sales and letting specialists. With the extra space, Mr Camilleri is seeking to grow his team further and is looking for new people to join. Last year the team reached the top tier of the company’s performance league and has set ambitious and challenging goals for 2019.
