Maltco Lotteries Ltd has launched a new game - Quick Keno.

Quick Keno, which was first introduced in Nevada, United States, in 1931, is a game with pre-defined winnings and is played using a field of numbers from one to 80.

According to Maltco, 20 winning numbers are randomly drawn every five minutes and participants choose between one and 10 numbers. To win, some or all the numbers selected have to match the numbers drawn. The company said the player has to decide how much to stake and can choose to stake as low as 10c per column.

Maltco said Quick Keno's popularity on the international scene was attributable to its potential for entertainment value and groups of friends could play the game during their leisure time, while enjoying a drink or a meal in restaurants, pubs and cafes.
