This hall, located off Triq il-Kbira and next to the Armeria is stylistically earlier than the Armeria. The building is composed of a series of decorated arches and contains other types of decorations such as a lintel.

The first floor of the hall is probably a later addition and was converted into a pigeon loft. An extension was also added to one end of the property in an attempt to replicate the same style of construction at ground floor. The building is of historical significance in view of its antiquity. Scope for further research exists on this property such as the origin of the decorative features on the façade of the hall as well as the method of construction of the pigeon loft (which appears rather amateurish).

To date no published material is available on the property. Due to the interest sparked over a development application in the area, the locals carried out research and branded the hall as the armoury.

Mepa scheduled the arched hall next to the Qormi Armeria as a Grade 2 national monument as per Government notice 1225 dated December 10, 2010.
