This is a small, rectangular single- storey building, originally built as an office with an adjoining store room. As in typical period British military buildings the exterior of the building is of a hammer stone finish and has a verandah with three arches and quoins on the corners. There is an arch on each end of the verandah at the sides, but the arch on the right has been walled up. There is a single window on each of the other three walls.

Mepa scheduled the former British Military Office/Stores at Pembroke as a Grade 2 building of historic, architectural and contextual value as it forms part of a larger military complex, as per Government Notice number 880/09 in the Government Gazette dated October 30, 2009. According to Structure Plan policy UCO 7 for historic buildings, minor internal alterations may be acceptable, while there is a presumption against alterations on the façades.
