With an increased awareness the effects of greenhouse gases, Propertyline International has decided to implement a strict recycling and waste control policy.

The adopted practice is that each of the six offices located in Malta and Gozo have started to separate metal , paper and plastic. This system is a follow-up on the 'Three Rs' initiative by the Ministry of Resources and Rural Affairs.

Propertyline International offices are no longer making use of plastic and will change all existing light bulbs as an energy-saving measure. To further aid in this worthwhile campaign, all paper is being used more than once for internal documentation, and printing is only done when necessary.

The company philosophy is that if every person does just one little thing to save the environment, our children will have a better future in a cleaner world. Trafford Busuttil said the company believes it has an obligation to pass on a better, greener and safer world.
