Award-winning underwater images of Rhinopias frondosa, commonly known as a weedy scorpion fish and a Christmas tree worm. Around 30 mainly amateur photographers took part in East Timor’s inaugural scuba photo competition. This was part of President Jose Ramos-Horta’s latest project to kick-start tourism in the tiny, fragile state of Dili.
