MFA president Norman Darmanin Demajo has announced that a three-man delegation representing the national team players had agreed in principle with the concept of the removal of training allowances in favour of increased match fees and bonuses.

Players' representatives asked for an increase in the proposed terms. They will discuss the matter with the rest of the national squad in the coming days.

Players had been boycotting training pending a solution to the dispute.
