The maker of the BlackBerry smartphone said today that users in Europe, the Middle East and Africa are experiencing fresh problems on their Internet connectivity.
Canada-based Research in Motion yesterday confirmed that an outage had hit some of its services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
It said that today's problems affected fewer users.
Users, including some in Malta, have not been able to receive or send email, use instant messaging or browse the Internet.
The problem is believed to stem from servers in Britain.
