A teenager from Greater Manchester kept footage entitled The Torture House on his mobile phone showing a "horrific" attack he carried out on two younger boys, a court heard.

Ricardo Poli, 18, was with a gang of teenagers when they came across two boys, both 15, forcing them into a disused building.

There Mr Poli and the others tied up the victims, stripped them from the waist down and began to kick and punch the youngsters.

Both boys were eventually released and Mr Poli and his accomplices fled from the scene in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Mr Poli was later arrested after police found footage on his mobile phone called The Torture House, showing the semi-naked victims being attacked.

Detective Constable Barry Conway, of Trafford Public Protection Investigations Unit, speaking outside court said: "The two young victims were extremely frightened. They had no idea how that dreadful attack was going to end and they must have feared the worst.

"What happened to them was shocking and, to add to their degradation, they were filmed on a mobile phone for Poli's warped gratification. Poli is a violent bully whose behaviour towards those younger boys was absolutely despicable."

Mr Poli, of Eldercroft Road, Timperley, pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court to two charges of common assault and two of false imprisonment in June 2008.

He also pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm on a separate occasion in May 2008 when he had been stopped in a car in Shaftesbury Avenue, Timperley with a sawn-off shotgun.
