Times of Malta quotes Foreign Minister George Vella saying that a terrorist attack in Libya which killed 65 people is unlikely to help the country’s rival authorities to overcome their differences. The powerful truck bomb was set off at a police camp in the town of Zliten as recruits were gathering for morning training yesterday.  

The newspaper also reports that the arrival of Netflix has put TV service providers on their toes.

The Malta Independent says the new bus routes have led to longer waits and longer journey times to Mater Dei and the university.

In-Nazzjon says the government is continuing to attack local council executive secretaries. 

l-orizzont says former Prime Minister Dom Mintoff is in the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography. It also reports that Dione Mercieca, on bail after being accused of the murder of Martin Scicluna, has passed away.
