Between Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th December, opposite the Selmun Palace at the Selmun Visitor Centre, for the first time, the Arkeo Foundation together with the Mellieħa Local Council are organising a crib in Selmun.

Four farms which have been recently restored will welcome typical characters normally found in cribs. The characters will be acting out a play about the birth of baby Jesus. The production and direction of this play is done by Charles Stroud with the writing of Ernest Vella.

Apart from the crib there will also be an exhibition of Baby Jesus wax statues, local Maltese products, and a lot more.

Admission is free and the Selmun crib production will start every 2 hours at 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
