A pool party organised in aid of the Puttinu Cares Foundation raised €700 for children suffering from cancer.

The EuroBridge event was held on June 25 and followed from a similar event last year, during which the company redecorated and refurbished a children's room at the Appogg headquarters in Gwardamangia.

Aside from a fundraiser, the event also served as a team-building exercise, EuroBridge said. It thanked the MFA for offering it use of its pool area and instructors free of charge. Dailies food store, Zebbug provided the various food and drinks.

EuroBridge thanked the almost 20 sponsors who had made the event possible.
