This year was a very satisfactory one for the Nationalist Party which embarked on another legislature with a series of reforms for the country to continue progressing, the PN said in a statement.
It said that the party’s and the country’s success would not have been possible without the people’s participation.
The PN said that global challenges were affecting many countries. Fortunately, Malta managed to avoid the worst effects of the global financial crisis thanks to its strong financial services industry and the introduction of the euro at the beginning of the year.
The PN said it now looked ahead courageously and optimistically ahead for the country to continue changing for the better with the necessary reforms being undertaken.
