The Nationalist Party today issued a new billboard in which opposition leader Joseph Muscat is the main protagonist.

The billboard plays on Labour's billboards which show Dr Gonzi covering his eyes and his ears to portray the message that Dr Muscat is not saying anything about his policy, his priorities and what he would be doing should his party be elected to government.

The PN launched the billboard during a news conference.

The party said that Dr Muscat did not say anything to give the impression that the people could take for granted what they enjoyed today.

This was not true for results were not achieved by coincidence, the party said.

It accused Dr Muscat of wanting the people to risk their and their children’s future and of opting to be negative and continuously criticise rather than propose solutions and come up with ideas.

Dr Muscat, the PN said, only made generic statements which lacked vision.

Ministers Mario de Marco and Chris Said and PN president Marthese Portelli were present for the conference.
