Opposition leader Joseph Muscat this afternoon marked the third anniversary of when the government decided to increase the honoraria of the Prime Minister, ministers, parliamentary secretaries, the Speaker and the Opposition leader with a statement he gave at the PL's headquarters in Hamrun.

Dr Muscat noted that the Prime Minister was now saying that the Opposition leader was no longer entitled to the raise. He stressed that he did not want the money and said that he had already said he would not be taking it but giving it to charity.
