Tomorrow's issue of Pink magazine tackles teenage pregnancy, why it happens, whether it is a tragedy and how the numbers are growing as the age of motherhood dwindles.

The women's magazine, distributed with The Times, takes on a travel slant as it trails three girls on a mission. Their lives have changed after voluntary work in Kenya, Ethiopia and Egypt and they inspire others to follow in their tracks to discover the hardships that may lie beyond our shores.

Their trips were no walk in the park and they were faced with poverty, filth and a lack of education that was beyond their expectations, but left them fulfilled by the help they could give.

Travel also reaches the fashion pages, hitting the real runway – not the catwalk – as the ShowStopper team takes over the airport and this month's model packs a suitcase of stunning outfits to take off.

But if you cannot afford to renew your wardrobe from head to toe every season, the FashionStory introduces the concept of the clothes swap – the fun and cheap way of overhauling and refreshing your closet.

There's no romance without finance, the June edition tells readers, who can also learn about their future, gather health tips, pick their next book, cope with memory loss, choose the right car, prepare original, bite-size food, go botanical inside their home, improve their nose without surgical intervention, sail their way into a stronger core body, enjoy a touch of history and throw in a pinch of humour.

Readers can also get to try out another sample this month by simply peeling the pure and natural body lotion and face cream off the cover.

Published by Allied Newspapers Ltd and printed by Progress Press, Pink is produced by Mediamaker. Its executive editor is Fiona Galea Debono and it is designed by Helen Cassar Torreggiani and Joseph Schembri.
