The planning authority has given the go-ahead for minor internal alterations at the Pendergardens development in St Julian’s, including a change of use from commercial to offices at ground level. Objections were raised previously, as the site plan included land and buildings belonging solely to GO, but the plans have since been amended. The board imposed a fine of €300 over minor sanctioning as part of the application.
