Parliamentary Secretary Clyde Puli learned another definition of 'being taken for a ride' today when he joined car stuntman Terry Grant in a demonstration at Ta' Qali.

Mr Grant is the special guest for the Modifyit show at the MFCC this weekend.

He travels the world performing jaw-dropping stunts such as changing a wheel while a car is doing doughnuts (controlled circular spins) or driving through the smallest of gaps on two wheels. He has managed his incredible stunts in front of more than 400,000 people in Mexico City and holds 17 world records and counting.

Maltese motorsport enthusiasts are in for a treat when they see his stunts this weekend.

The Modifyit Malta show will include drifting, static displays, DJs as well as the Eurovision Song Final shown live on screen on Saturday night. Visitors will have a chance to meet Mr Grant at various times throughout the show, which runs till Sunday.

He will be performing four times in total: at 8 p.m. tomorrow (Friday), at 8.45 p.m. on Saturday and at noon and 5 p.m. on Sunday.
