The Park and Ride facility at Blata l-Bajda has enough space to meet demand for parking while the Valletta Project works are being carried out, Transport Minister Austin Gatt has said in Parliament.

He said that there were no plans for the CVA system to be be suspended while the works were being carried out.

The minister was replying to a question in Parliament by Labour MP Jose' Herrera, who asked whether the government would offer alternative parking arrangements while the Valletta works were in progress, or whether it would suspend the CVA.
