Earlier this month the Malta Tourism Authority held the Quality Assured Awards, which was attended by several representatives from restaurants and establishments from around the island.
Seven leading outlets were named winners, one of which was Paranga, which won the ‘Best Service and Hospitality Award’.
Paranga’s operations manager Andrea Depasquale Schranz, said: “Matteo Biagini, our restaurant manager, Claudio Farrugia, Paranga’s chef de cuisine, and the entire service and kitchen team work very hard and are the main part for the success of the outlet. As a team we strive to offer impeccable service to all our diners, whether they come for a lunch in the sun or an occasional dinner. I am very proud that Matteo and the team have been rewarded with such a prestigious award; it is truly deserving.”
Paranga is a seaside restaurant serving fine, fresh fish, found on the water’s edge at St George’s Bay, St Julian’s.
