Panta Contracting has won the electrical works contract for Sky Parks Business Centre in Gudja.

The building services company will be installing all electrical works such as switchgear, distribution systems, lighting and power, including a 800KVA generator.

The building services contractor will supply seven floors of office space and related amenities for the complex which encompasses a total floor area of 21,465 square metres.

Panta Contracting has also been entrusted with the implementation of a sophisticated building management system which enables full automation and flexibility in managing all building processes. Sky Parks Business Centre sets the infrastructure to develop state-of-the-art corporate headquarters specifically crafted to exceed the expectations of tomorrow’s discerning tenants through the use of uncompromising engineering standards, communication and diagnostics.

Panta Contracting Ltd will be installing an independent electrical metering system in which all electrical parameters of the main electrical distribution system can be monitored through a dedicated computer. The main switchboard will include a system to switch the load onto the standby generator system in case of power failure. The system will monitor and control the load depending on the demand at the time.
