Frans Pace yesterday won the LLMA Trophy at the Bidnija Ranges after topping the 50+25 Trap competition organised by the Malta Shooting Federation.

Pace was in a class of his own as he finished four clays ahead of nearest rival Brian Galea after the final. Pace and Galea had both targeted straights in the competition phase but the former was more focused in the barrage as he only missed one clay from 25 to finish on an impressive overall score of 73 from 75.
