At Ta' Paris in Birkirara, that part of the road in Vincenzo Bugeja Street, corner with lower Olaf Gollcher Street on one end and Cat's Lane on the other, is doomed to suffer from never-ending damage to WSC main water pipes and consequently never-ending mending of leaking pipes with all that this entails.

Road users are at an almost continuous risk of being soaked by the water that vehicles splash all about the street, besides other consequences. This stretch of road is no longer than 100 metres but I think it can compete as a Guinness Book of Records entry for never-ending leakages in various points, never-ending mending of leakages; then mending of leakages again, then leakages once more and so on.

The residents and hundreds of road users expect something better.
