'In line with your request to feature positive experiences, I would like to share an excellent customer service experience. I went to Audio Connections of Zabbar Road, Fgura, to fit an alarm system on my car, and also to modify my CD player sound system.

The installation was professional and great care was exercised. However, I had some problems with my central locking, and also with my sound system. Although there was nothing wrong with the installation, Ryan, of Audio Connections, tried his best to solve the problems, which weren't related to the installation or products.

'In spite of this, he dedicated his precious time to find a solution and did not stop until I was completely satisfied. Moreover, all this was done at no extra charge.

'This is what I call excellent customer service, and I recommend the outlet to anyone wishing to install an alarm or sound system. Not only are prices reasonable, but the service couldn't be better.
