Chris Okoh has extended his contract with Premier League club Pietà Hotspurs by another three years.

One of Pietà's most solid performers last season, the 28-year-old Okoh's previous contract expired last month but a new three-year deal was agreed and signed by the Nigeria-born defender after negotiations with club officials.

Meanwhile, sources have told The Times that Sliema are set to lodge a complaint with the MFA over Michael Mifsud's decision to join Norwegian club Lillestrom.

Mifsud is currently in Norway where he is reported to have signed a two-and-a-half year deal but the Wanderers are refusing to approve the release of his international transfer certificate due to differences with the 23-year-old Malta striker.
