A group of 102 nursing aides have filed a judicial protest claiming discrimination.

They said they one of their working conditions precluded them from being able to advance to salary scale 13.

The protest was filed against the director general within the human resources department at the public service commission and the government’s principal doctor.

The aides gave the government 10 days to amend the situation threatening further legal action for damages.
