On Tuesday, September 28, we received a letter informing us that we had not yet settled our last water and electricity. This letter also states that “in case the payment has just been made, ignore this notice”. We received the bill on August 25 and we settled it exactly three days later (receipt available as a proof).
It is very frustrating to receive such a letter a month after we have already settled our bill. Had we settled it within the last week it would have been very different but to receive such a notice causes me to truly question the efficiency of the billing agency’s bureaucracy.
I then had to wait for over 45 minutes to manage to speak to a representative on the helpline.
