Over the last few days I tried to make contact with Arriva and I have to state that I was not impressed with their efficiency.

First, I tried to log in onto their website to start receiving alerts and updates, and I was told they could not proceed with my registration since the address was not in the correct format. Nowhere was there any indication what this format was.

Then I tried to send them an e-mail at enquiries@arriva.com.mt and I received the e-mail back with the statement of permanent failure of delivery.

Then, last Monday, I tried phoning them on 2138 8860 at 9.30, 10.30 and 11.30 a.m. and all I had was a ringing tone without any answer.

I am a bit shocked if this is a foretaste of their efficiency!
