A customer link week will be organised by Bank of Valletta between Monday and November 18, focusing on the contribution of employees at the bank's branches, centres and departments.
Throughout this week, branches and departments will be encouraged to identify and develop initiatives offering added value to customers. It will also serve to reward staff members' commitment.
Customers will be encouraged to nominate a staff member for outstanding service by filling in nomination cards that will be available at all bank's branches and centres.
