A red England 1966 World Cup final shirt, is one of the items in the memorabilia of Nobby Stiles to be auctioned. The shirt was worn by Alan Ball and being sold by World Cup winner Nobby Stiles. It is expected to fetch between £20,000 and £30,000 when it goes under the hammer next month.

The sale will take place at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh on October 27, at midday, and the collection will be on view from October 25. Convery Auctions/PA Wire

The auction will also include Mr Stiles medal and cap from England’s 1966 campaign.

The 45 lots are expected to reach hundreds of thousands of pounds when they go under the hammer.
