The all-new Qashqai was unveiled by Nissan today.
The next generation crossover vehicle was revealed at a projection mapping show in east London. The new model is 20mm wider, 49mm longer and 15mm lower than the current car but retains its raised driving position.
The model also has new engines including the entry-level 1.2 DIG-T petrol engine petrol engine which emits 129g/km of CO2 - 15g/km less than the outgoing 1.6 petrol. In autumn 2014 it will be joined by the 1.6 DIG-T, which develops 148bhp and gives CO2 emissions of 132g/km.
An updated 1.5 dCi unit is the entry-point to the diesel line-up. Nissan says emissions for this model have dropped to 99g/km and EU Combined fuel economy is 74.3mpg.
