Idea Casa has just launched a new office furniture division. The department will compliment the company's already well established comprehensive furniture line.

Comment on the new division, Anthony Sammut, Idea Casa's managing director, said that this was a natural development for his company and comes after years of research and preparatory work in the field in Malta and mainland Europe.

The company will soon be opening another floor on top of its 1,000 m2 showroom in Msida Road, to accommodate the new office furniture line, he added.

"The fact that we quickly achieved goals in mature sectors, such as kitchens and bedrooms, has inspired us to search for new business development within our field," he said.

Asked to comment on the distinguishing elements in the Idea Casa office line, Mr Sammut said his company's portfolio had a design focused on functionality, conformability and customisability.

"Our office pieces are conceived to give the user ultimate satisfaction, a good feel and image, and also durability."

The sales manager responsible for the office line at Idea Casa is Ray Anastasi, who has over 20 years experience in the local and international furniture business. He is expected to leave a positive mark at Idea Casa.

"We are focusing our strategy on the key basic end user needs associated with our products - and placing the satisfaction of these diverse needs at the core of our business activities," Mr Sammut concluded.
