The Missionary Society of St. Paul has elected Fr Mark Grima as its Superior General for the next six years.

Born in Tarxien, Fr Mark is an Old Boy of St. Paul's Missionary College, and holds degrees from the University of Malta, All Hallows, Dublin, and the Gregorian University in Rome. He has worked mostly in the field of formation in religious life, and for the past five years was responsible for the setting up of the International House of Formation which the Missionary Society of St. Paul has in Manila, the Philippines.

The same General Chapter elected Fr Martin Galea, Fr Mario Micallef and Fr Frankie Cini as Assistants to the Superior General. Their task as Assistants is to help the Superior General in his duties.

The Missionary Society of St. Paul has a pesence in  Malta, Rome, the Philippines, Peru, Pakistan, Canada and Australia.
