Edward Hamilton has been appointed head of the letting department at Frank Salt Real Estate Group.

Mr Hamilton has been working with Frank Salt Real Estate as a letting consultant at the Sliema branch for the past two years and holds valuable experience in the property and hospitality market, having worked in the industry for the last six years.

He also has a thorough insight of marketing and communications.

"The growth we have been seeing in the letting operations is not a coincidence," said managing director Joseph Lupi. "Since joining the Frank Salt Real Estate team, Mr Hamilton has been a firm believer in team work and company values. He has shown enthusiasm and eagerness in achieving personal and company growth and augurs well for the future well being of the group."

Mr Hamilton takes over from Brian Decesare, who has been heading this division for almost 40 years, being a key element in establishing the letting department and helping it grow into the strong unit it is today.

Mr Decesare will retain his other capacity as property management unit manager.
