Fujitsu has unveiled new notebook, PC and workstation portfolios, timed to market with Intel's latest technology: the 2010 Intel Core i3/i5/i7.

With 15 new products in the client portfolio, the newest Lifebook notebooks, Esprimo PCs and Celsius workstations offer faster performance, greater efficiency and improved security features, the manufacturer said.

The 2010 Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processors and Intel's vPro technology incorporated in the new models provide a major leap forward in performance. Intel's Hyper-threading Technology allows each processor core to work on two tasks at the same time while Intel's Turbo Boost Technology automatically speeds up the processor when the user's workload requires extra performance. Sophisticated new management technology allows businesses to easily maintain even unresponsive computers with tools such as remote configuration, diagnosis, isolation, and repair.

Fujitsu has seven new Lifebook notebook models, meeting a range of user requirements. Highlights include advanced security features, energy efficiency, manageability and performance.

The new Esprimo PCs help businesses reduce costs and increase efficiency thanks to intelligent performance, outstanding energy saving options and unique hardware-assisted security and manageability features.

The new workstations in the Celsius family feature the latest Intel Core i3/i5/i7 and Intel Xeon processors offering high performance and increased productivity.

Fujitsu products are available in Malta from Merlin Computers Ltd of Hamrun.
