Melita has recruited 20 additional customer assistance officers for its Customer Assistance Department which is now operating round the clock, manned by a total staff complement of 70. Melita subscribers can now call 2727 2727 for all requirements. In the first six months this year, Melita created 88 employment opportunities, representing a 20 per cent net increase in its human resources base.
