The long standing relationship between Doublesin & Zammit Ltd and Doneo Co. Ltd is now to be formalised by the formation of a new joint venture in the form of a third company, DZD Co. Ltd. This new company will purely handle Philips consumer electronics, accessories and peripherals.

While marketing and distribution efforts of Doublesin & Zammit Ltd and Doneo Co. Ltd have previously been distinct, the new company DZD Co. Ltd, will market, distribute and service Philips A/V consumer electronics as one focused entity, capitalising on the synergistic effect of the union of these two reputable and long standing companies.

"The consolidation of the resources of two of Malta's major players in the A/V market will help DZD Co. Ltd to further increase Philips' already strong market share position and be able to give an even better level of service to the local consumer" said David Zammit, managing director of Doublesin & Zammit Ltd.

By consolidating the joint resources of the two founding parties, DZD Co. Ltd aims to further improve also the service offered to the end customer.
