The Nationalist Party yesterday lamented the fact that the government has ignored a Private Members’ Bill on obesity which was presented in Parliament 17 months ago by PN MP Robert Cutajar.

It said the Bill was the only one its kind in Europe and had already been approved unanimously at the second stage of its reading in Parliament. It urged the government to put the Bill on Parliament’s agenda as soon as possible.
