Members of the Maltese National Swimming Team are currently taking part in EuroMeet 2016 in Luxembourg.

This event for many swimmers marks the road to Rio in summer 2016. Andrew Chetcuti is one of those athletes who has set his sights on this goal.

Chetcuti broke the long standing Maltese national record in the 50m Fly with an impressive time of 24.47 seconds. This sets him in a strong position to perform in the 50m free in which he has already qualified in the A final (tonight) and 100m free tomorrow.
