Deputy Attorney General Donatella Frendo Dimech will be sworn-in as a magistrate next week, the President's official list of engagements has inadvertently revealed.

Such appointments are usually made public through an official government announcement but the weekly list of engagements first revealed Dr Frendo Dimech's name before a second list sent to the media left the name out.
