A 44-year-old motorcyclist from Msida was grievously injured in a collision with a car in Msida this afternoon.

The police said the accident happened in Antonio Bosio Street at 1.15pm.

The car was being driven by a 31-year-old Italian man who lives in Sliema.

He was not injured. The police are investigating.
