Tony Armango Zahra, 32 of Mosta this morning pleaded not guilty to trafficking and possession of heroin which denoted it was not for his exclusive use, and relapsing.

He was accused of possession and trafficking in heroin in Mosta yesterday, and on previous days.

Police Inspector Jesmond Borg told the court that the accused should not be given bail because of pending court cases on related charges and he could not be trusted. After taking this into consideration Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna remanded him in custody.
