A new monument to promote water conservation was unveiled this morning at Sir Paul Boffa gardens in Paola by Energy Minister Konrad Mizzi.

Commissioned as part of HSBC’s Water Programme, the monument, made out of recycled plastic water bottles, some collected by the school students at the nearby St George Preca Primary School, was designed by Maltese artist Joseph Barbara.
