Former Prime Minister Dom Mintoff remains in a stable condition at Mater Dei’s Critical Coronary Care Unit, according to a medical bulletin issued last night.

Mr Mintoff, 94, was admitted to hospital on Wednesday suffering from congestive heart failure and dehydration.

The former Prime Minister had also been admitted to Mater Dei on September 16 in a confused state after suffering a light stroke. He was also treated for suspected pneumonia.
