Mini gig at Castille

The mini gig concert which had to be held at Castille this evening has been postponed.

The Prime Minister's Office said in a statement the concert, which had to start at 7 p.m., is being postponed with respect to the memory of Mrs Mary Fenech Adami, wife of President Emeritus Eddie Fenech Adami, whose death was announced this afternoon.

Political activities cancelled as a sign of respect

The Labour Party cancelled a political activity that had to be held at Ghaxaq on Sunday.

Tourism Parliamentary Secretary Mario de Marco cancelled a bar-b-que which was being held this evening at The Hilton.

Resources Minister George Pullicino cancelled a party that was being held at The Lido in Qui-Si-Sana.
