I would like to inform all consumers that the Consumer and Competition Division actively deals with these types of complaints. They are examined under the parameters of the Consumer Affairs Act and, in the event that these complaints are found to be justified, then positive action is undertaken to ensure that the consumer's rights are safeguarded to their fullest.
