Megabyte Ltd, the IT services and support company, has appointed Kevin Micallef head of its hospitality business unit.

Mr Micallef has taken over from Mark Elroy Ciantar, who rescinded this post after 18 years of service with the company to move intoa senior role within his familybusiness.

Mr Ciantar will continue to work with Megabyte to assist Mr Micallef in the early months ofhis tenure to ensure a professional handover and continuity inall operational and commercial matters.

Mr Micallef brings to the company 20 years’ experience within the hospitality industry both locally and internationally.

Megabyte’s hospitality business unit will continue to provide state- of-the-art IT-related solutions for a broad range of businesses and establishments operating in the hospitality sector.
