People who are on anticoagulants need to collect their tablets regularly from government pharmacies. Some of them need to get them every two weeks or even every week.

In view of this, is it fair that these people are made to wait for hours in the queue behind other people who come there once every three months to collect pills, very often for various people?

Shouldn't there be a separate queue for these people who have to go to a government pharmacy so often?
