Energy costs to heat the water at the Tal-Qroqq national pool will drop by two-thirds thanks to an EU-funded project inaugurated yesterday. The investment introduced more energy efficient pumps and boilers, as well as pool covers to limit heat loss and evaporation when the facility is not in use.
